Course Outline:

Lesson 1: Course Kick-Off and AI Basics

Next, you will master prompt fundamentals that make chatbots deliver usable answers on the first try. Finally, you will explore practical guidelines for spotting AI errors and protecting sensitive information before you move deeper into sales-focused workflows.

Lesson 2: AI Powered Research and Intelligence

Insightful outreach begins with strong intelligence, and AI can collect that intelligence in minutes instead of hours. In this module you will learn to scrape public sources for company facts, build detailed buyer personas, and surface market trends that sharpen your value story. You will also discover how to analyze a prospect's communication style so every outreach feels tailor-made. By the end, you will package these insights into concise briefs and battle cards that set you up for winning conversations.

Lesson 3: AI for Prospecting and Outreach
